The MACK Group, LLC completed a rubber flooring removal project at a leading Newspaper located in Northern New Jersey. The project consisted of the removal of approximately 30,000 sf of rubber floor mat adhered to concrete. The MACK Group was brought in because of the extreme difficulty in removing the rubber floor by previous attempts at hand removal methods.

The MACK Group, LLC completed the asbestos abatement of the former Steel Craft factory located in Newark, New Jersey. The project consisted primarily of the asbestos abatement of 100,000 sf of asbestos roofing and flashing. Asbestos materials were removed from the structures before the demolition of the former factory.

The MACK Group, LLC recently completed the unique and challenging asbestos abatement of a 400 feet high concrete coal-fired power plant stack in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Complicating the project was the requirement that the stack was to remain in operation through the entire asbestos removal operations.




The MACK Group, LLC (MACK), a premier asbestos abatement and removal contractor, recently completed a large asbestos removal and abatement project for a large petrochemical facility in the State of New Jersey. The project goals were to remove a significant quantity of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) within a tight schedule. Quantities of ACM included 6,500 lf of pipe insulation, 175,000 sf of roofing, 9,500 sf of tile & mastic, 6,500 lf of window caulking, and various amounts of boiler insulation.




The MACK Group, LLC completed the asbestos abatement at a petrochemical facility located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The facility consisted of the demolition and asbestos abatement of approximately 200,000 sf of former storage and manufacturing buildings which contained asbestos-containing roofing, pipe, floor tile, transite panels & tank insulation.


The MACK Group, LLC completed the contract to perform asbestos abatement and asbestos removal services at the former GAF facility located in South Bound Brook, New Jersey. The facility, which is over 100 years old, is situated on approximately 10.5 acres and consists of 17 buildings and other various structures.


The MACK Group, LLC completed the asbestos abatement of the former Point Pleasant Hospital located in Point Pleasant New Jersey. This large project consisted of the asbestos removal of various asbestos-containing materials as well as the abatement of several large boilers.
